Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the LIMITLESS attendee hub and the text messages and emails Life At Ten Tenths LLC ("Ten Tenths", "we", "us") sends in connection with the LIMITLESS event. By using the app or opting in to text alerts, you agree to them.

• Program name: LIMITLESS event alerts, from Ten Tenths.
• What you will receive: event updates and reminders for LIMITLESS, such as departure times, schedule changes, prompts that have opened in the app, and one-time sign-in codes that you request.
• How you opt in: by entering or confirming your mobile number and checking the box on the text alerts step when you set up the app, or by turning text alerts on in your profile. Consent is not a condition of attending the event or of any purchase.
• Message frequency: varies. Expect the most messages during the event days.
• Cost: we do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also turn text alerts off in your profile. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@lifeattentenths.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
• Your number: if you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so we can update it.
• Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.

The app is for people registered for LIMITLESS and the Ten Tenths team. Your personal link signs you in, so do not forward it or share it. Tell us if you think someone else has used it and we will replace it.

• You keep ownership of the photos and writing you add. By uploading a photo to the shared photo wall you allow other attendees and the team to view it in the app, and you allow Ten Tenths to use event photos to share and promote its events. Tell us if you would like a photo removed.
• Only upload photos you have the right to share, and be considerate of the people in them.
• The team may hide or remove content that is inappropriate or that someone asks us to take down.
• Journal entries are private to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to break the law, to try to access other people's private information, or to interfere with how the app works.

Schedules, locations and times in the app can change. We do our best to keep them current and will notify you of important changes, but please check the app and any announcements during the event.

The app is provided as is, as a companion to the event. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Ten Tenths is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or the text messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
