Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Life At Ten Tenths LLC ("Ten Tenths", "we", "us") handles personal information in the LIMITLESS attendee hub, a private web app for people registered for the LIMITLESS event, and in the text messages and emails we send in connection with it.

• Registration details: your name, email address and mobile number, which you gave us when you registered for the event.
• Profile details you add: a photo, your brokerage and city, your T-shirt size, any dietary needs and your drink of choice.
• Travel and other details you choose to share: where you are staying, how and when you are arriving and departing, a fun fact, and anything else you tell us in the open notes field, which may include health information if you choose to add it. These answers are optional and are visible only to you and the event team.
• Text message consent: whether you opted in to text alerts, when you did, and the wording you agreed to.
• What you create in the app: journal entries (letters, notes, reflections and your core values), photos you upload to the shared photo wall, and your answers to the final survey.
• Basic usage information: when you first opened your personal link, when you were last active, and how far you are through setup.
• Message records: a log of the emails and texts we send you and whether they were delivered.

We do not collect payment information in the app, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you opt in to LIMITLESS event alerts, we use your mobile number to send you event updates and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also turn text alerts off on your profile in the app.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Our messaging provider processes your number solely to deliver the messages you asked for.

• To sign you in and show you the schedule, event information and your own content.
• To plan the event: arrivals and departures, transport, shirt orders and meals.
• To send you event updates and reminders by email and, if you opted in, by text message.
• To show your name, photo, brokerage and city to other attendees in the People directory, and your phone number or email too if you choose to show them in your profile. You can turn that off at any time.
• To show photos you upload on the shared photo wall, with your name.
• To review feedback from the final survey and improve future events.

Letters, notes, reflections and your core values are visible only to you in the app. The Ten Tenths team can see whether you have completed a prompt and when, but the admin console has no way to read what you wrote. Entries are stored with our database provider so the app can save them and, for sealed letters, return them to you later.

Final survey answers are different: they are feedback for the team, and the team can read them. We only share what you are doing differently because of LIMITLESS, with your name, if you tell us it is OK to.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Other attendees and the team see your directory details, any phone or email you choose to show, the photos you upload, and anything you post to Quotes & Takeaways, with your name.
• Service providers that run the app for us and act on our instructions: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (text messages) and Resend (email).
• Event partners may receive only what they need to deliver the event, such as dietary needs for a meal or a headcount for transport. They never receive your mobile number.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of attendees.

None of these categories include mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep event information for as long as we need it to run the event and follow up afterwards, including returning sealed letters to you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@lifeattentenths.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, your journal entries and your survey answers.

• Edit your profile, photo, shirt size, dietary needs, travel details and text alert setting in the app.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Delete photos you uploaded from the photo wall.
• Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@lifeattentenths.com or writing to Life At Ten Tenths LLC, 7058 Pumpkinseed Drive, Johns Island, SC 29455. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Access to the app is by a personal link or a one-time code. Data is encrypted in transit, and database rules restrict each person to their own private information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your personal link to yourself.

The app is for adults registered for the event. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
